| What is Spiritual
Life Coaching? If we think of sports coaching, there is a similarity. The personal coach observes the client with a trained eye, helps gain clarity on the desired outcome and then assists in making adjusts from one state of being to the desired state of change. Each client is given a program of effort designed specifically for them, based on their whole life; work, family, health, spiritual orientation. This often includes self-observations, journaling, projects, reading, and/or some form of physical activity. Spiritual Life Coaching can include some forms of holistic health practices such as Reiki, Yoga, Breath Work, Body Tapping and basic Martial Arts techniques, for clients. We understand that movement in the mind, body and emotions occurs more quickly and more permanently when all parts of oneself is open to receive. A typical coaching relationship can range from 2 months to a year, depending on the purpose and intent of the client. For example, our financial literacy process requires a 7 month commitment for radical context learning and transformation; while the need to address the issue of reshaping your underlying patterns and learning new skills to step boldly into your vision make take 2 to 3 months. This is always agreed to at the beginning of our engagement. When would you need a Life Coach? A trained coach is not a mentor, we are not interested in helping you become "us". We are trained to help you become more of who you are and who you desire to be. And, we aren't therapists. A therapist helps individuals dive deep into the "why do I keep making the same mistake". The coach helps the individual become totally aware of the moment of decision...and creates a space for change, for an easy freedom to make new choices. Life is about choice. When some of our choices stop working for us, a coach can assist in the design of making new, more effective choices for a richer and fuller life experience. An integral coach makes sure that changes undertaken keep the client whole, that change is integrated - not fleeting. Ultimately the client emerges more self-developing and self-correcting than ever. This is a delicious way to effectively embrace change knowing that you aren't alone and you can get off the treadmill of past choices. Coaching is a means to a greater personal freedom! | Spiritual Energetic
Healing: Spiritual health is an essential element of complete wellness. Spiritual Energetic Healing is based on spiritual or religious traditions and methods such as prayer, meditation, chanting, rituals, or working with angels and avatars. All of these tools can be used to call forward the Divine in one's journey to remembering their innate wholeness. Spiritual Energetic Healing work is a form of holistic or alternative medicine and a personal practice in which energy or life force from the universe is used to increase personal energy and energetic balance. Adjustments are made to the human energy field which restore, maintain and improve health and well being. The process of healing is simply becoming open to remembering your birthright of wholeness on all levels of being, physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and even financial. The Holistic theory points out that humans are not separate from their environment and that dis~ease and wellness derive from the total life condition (consciousness) of the individual. The emotions and events in the life and surroundings and relationships with others contribute to wellness. Disease usually only occurs after some disturbance to these factors. Disease usually attacks only when a being is already weakened for some reason. Spiritual Energetic Healing work has repeatedly been shown to be an effective addition to conventional treatment of physical, mental and emotional conditions . It is often effective for pain relief, stress reduction and shortening recovery time . Energy work does not substitute for traditional
allopathic medical treatment but supports it and can enhance it. |
